n July 10, 2013 we started to training Tong-il Moo Do in the part of North with the support of the TIMD chairman of North, Mr. Sutin Sribunplaeng with the International Instructor from Philippine Master Lito Ceniza Tariman (3rd degree Blackbelt).

We started the training with 5 days TIMD workshop which be held in the International Martial Arts Academy (IMA) phrao chiang mai. 

23 new students join this workhop and promoted to Yellow belt after 5 days hardworks practice the fundamental basic of TIMD.
